Ariyel Tafari-Thompson is the lead photographer for the Collective. Being a founding member, he hopes for the Collective to become one of the biggest organizations on campus. He also wants the org to eventually branch off from Kent State and become its own business.

Deondre Washington is a Senior Fashion Merchandising major and Business minor. He is also one of the photographers for the Collective.
Deondre joined the Collective because he believes creative outlets are important in group or team settings. Being a creative himself, he finds it extremely easy to do creative projects alone, but challenging to be creative within a group or team setting.
For the future he hopes the Collective can bring together creatives with different forms of creative expression and art backgrounds together. He also hopes the Collective makes creatives want to work together more often in this individualistic world.
